1  Physical Check  Check flowmeters and outlets for Order replacement items as needed. Cosmetic items, such as lens, will not affect certification and can be replaced in field damage to equipment and at a later date. Critical items will need to be replaced at Accutron components. List damaged items on Knob screws must be tightened without moving or removing knobs. Knob orientation is critical to proper functions test sheet. Certification can take place and damaged items can be replaced in field at a later date.  With gas supply connected and unit off, soap outspout. It is located on the front of PC, DCs, and portable digitals. It is located on bagtees plugged into remote outlets for CMs and Digitals.  Leaks through the outspout with units off, indicate internal leaks that must be fixed at Accutron.  With gas supply connected and unit off, soap resuscitator fitting. This will be labeled O2 or O2 Resuscitator. It is located on the front of CMs and portable Digitals, on the back or side of PCs and DCs, and on the remote outlet block for CM digitals.
