Strip the linen from the
incubator and process
as per hospital protocol .
Remove the maƩress and
wipe over with a damp
cloth of warm water &
hospital grade detergent.

Fixing Screw PosiƟons
1. Open the front
admiƩance panel.
Loosen the fixing screws
for each inside panel
(i.e. front, rear, top and
right) and remove the
inner panels.
2. Clean both sides of
each inside panel with
a soŌ cloth moistened
with a hospital grade
detergent.
Light release buƩons
Gently press the light
release buƩons on
both sides of the light
housing and liŌ in an
upward direcƟon.

REMOVING
THE HOOD
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING OPERATION
WILL REQUIRE TWO (2) PEOPLE.
1. Unclip the front metal

release the hood from
the base.
2. Pull the release screw
at the back of the hood
on both sides of the

NOTE: Removal of the
hood will require two (2)
people to complete.
Using one person on
each side of the hood,
liŌ up evenly and
parallel to the base
unƟl the hood has been
cleared from the
incubator body.
Place on a flat surface
and wipe over with a
soŌ cloth dampended
with hospital grade
detergent.

Hold both sides of the
middle deck and liŌ.

Wipe over middle deck

cloth moistened with
hospital grade detergent

AŌer removal of the fan
cover, clean it with a soŌ
cloth moistened with a
hospital grade detergent.
To remove the fan, turn
the fixing screw clockwise.
Once the fixing screw
has been removed, use
2 hands to liŌ the fan.

fan cover and liŌ.
Immerse and clean in a
hospital grade detergent.

CONDITIONING

will appear when all the
components menƟoned
previously have been
removed.
Clean thoroughly with a
soŌ cloth moistened with
hospital grade detergent.
Ensure all parts are
completely dry before
undertaking re-assembly.
Re-assemble all removed
parts in the reverse order
of dis-assembly.

Check all parts are
aƩached correctly.
STEP 13
Once re-assembled and
checked, please ensure
the incubator is plugged
in, switched ON and the
incubator temperature is
set to 33 degrees.

Wipe the enƟre probe
(including thermostat)
with a soŌ cloth
moistened with hospital
grade detergent between
use.
