Phase I ❙ Mobilize non-rigid components during cleaning. ❙ Thoroughly clean the product under running water.
Phase II ❙ Mobilize non-rigid components during cleaning. ❙ Brush cannulation with cleaning brush TA011944 and difficult to access surfaces with a suitable plastic cleaning brush for at least 1 min. ❙ After manual preparation, check visible surfaces for residue and repeat the pre-cleaning process as needed.
This document is also valid for the Acculan 3Ti generation.

❙ Insert the product in its proper position in the ECCOS fixation ❙ Follow the product specific instruction for use ❙ Connect the interior rinse device with the rinse connector of the cleaning / disinfection device / rinse cart ❙ After automatic cleaning / disinfection, check visible surfaces for residues and repeat the cleaning / disinfection process as needed

DETAILS CARE : Spray drill and reamer, small drill and their attachments prior to each sterilization with oil spray for 2 sec. : In addition marked moving parts have to be lubricated occasional by spraying with the oil spray and moved afterwards.
ATTENTION ❙ Only use GB600 Sterilit Power Systems oil spray and the correpsonding adapters (GA600880 for Acculan 4 small drill, GA600840 for Acculan 4 Drill and Reamer)! ❙ Products may need final drying after automated cleaning. If compressed air is used for final dry off, ensure that air is sprayed from a distance of 30 cm in an oscillating motion across surfaces and that air stream is not aimed directly onto bearing seats.
