This device must only be used for the purposes described in this instruction manual. This device must only be used in an ambient temperature range of 5℃~40℃, the best temperature is 25℃. Do not expose this thermometer to extreme temperature environment of >40℃ or <5℃ Do not expose this device to electric shocks. Do not use this device in relative humidity higher than 80%RH. Do not use the device near strong electromagnetic fields such as cordless or mobile phones. Keep the device away from water, high temperature and direct sunlight. Do not drop or knock the device and do not use if it is damaged. Clean the device surface lightly with cotton bud moistened with 70% alcohol. Do not attempt to disassemble ,repair or re design the device.

MODE SETTING 1.
Press “SCAN” button to activate the device and the device will start measuring the temperature. If the “BODY” mode was selected during previous use, the LCD will display “Lo”; if the “SURFACE TEMP” mode was selected during previous use,the LCD will show the measured result.

Settings can be adjusted as follows:
BODY/AMBIENT setting Press button to switch between BODY and SURFACE TEMP (ambient) measuring modes.
Back light, laser selection Press button to switch between the back light and laser selection on and off. When sign is on LCD , it means the laser will be on when the device is in use.
Memory recall: Press button recall previous temperature readings.
The memory capacity is 32 results。
PRECAUTION BEFORE USE ℃ or ℉ unit setting , alarm beep ON/OFF setting Press
button to switch between ℃ and ℉.
Press and hold button for 5 seconds, then“On” will display the alarm signal will blink,Release SET button to momently press SET button to switch alarm beep ON/ OFF.

If there is significant temperature variance, it is recommended to leave the thermometer in ambient temperature for 15/20 minutes in order to obtain reliable and accurate results. results may vary due to skin type, thickness of skin and position of body. Do not expose the thermometer directly to sunlight or immerse in water.。 Allow 1 minute interval between measurements.
