Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is to advise I have been in contact with the manufacturer (GS Elektromedizinische Geraete) regarding the cleaning of the Corpuls CPR. Chlorodet can be used to clean the Corpuls CPR device. The use of bleaches may slightly discolour the device over time, but won’t compromise the integrity of the material (plastics/carbon fibre) The fixation ring and recboard straps cannot be cleaned with bleach as it will compromise the integrity of the material. Corpuls recommends washing the fixation ring and recboard straps in 40 degree (max) soapy water with disinfectant. Tuffie5 and Quinnell universal wipes are also suitable wipes to clean and disinfect this device. Please let me know if you require any further information regarding this matter.
