Conventions These arc the conventions used in the manual:
Styles •
Bold text indicates keys on the function keypad, the keyboard, text to be entered, or hardware itcms sllch as buttons or switches on the equipment.
•
Italicized text indicates software terms that identi fy menu items, on-screen controls, buttons, or options in varioLls windows.
•
To perf()rm an operation which appears with a plus (,) sign between thc names of two keys, you prcss and hold the first key while pressing the sccond kcy once. This is called a keystroke combination. Example: "Press Ctrl + Esc" means to press and hold down the Ctrl key whilc pressing the Esc key.
•
Whcn instructions arc given for typing a precise text string with one or more spaces, the point where the spacc bar must be pressed is indicated as Space. The purpose is to ensure you press the spacebar when required.

Parts and accessories used must ml:ct the requirements of the applicable lEe 6060 I series safety standards, and/or the system configuration mllst meet the requirements ofthe IEC 60601-1-1 medical electrical systems standard.
