Tools
During disassembly and replacing, the following tools may be required: Phillips screwdrivers Small flat-bladed screwdrivers Contact spanner Tweezers Sharp nose pliers Sleeve

Preparations for Disassembly
Before disassembling the monitor, finish the following preparations: Stop monitoring the patient, turn off the monitor and disconnect all the accessories and peripheral devices. Disconnect the AC power source and take out both of the batteries.

Basic Disassembly 3.1 Separating the Front block and Rear block
1. Unscrew the four PT3×8 screws at the back shell and the four PT3×8 screws at the bottom, and then take out the front block.
2. Dissemble the front and rear block.

3. Unscrew the four M3×3 screws and take the metal assembly out.
4. Remove the cable connecting the power board to the recorder; the cable connect power board to the fan; the cable connecting the main board to the recorder.

Front Disassembly 4.1 Removing the front panel
1. Unscrew the six PT3×6 screws that fix the metal bracket and the front panel, and then take the front panel out.
2. Remove the cable that connecting the key board and main board (right), and the cable connecting the key board and speaker (left).

4.2 Removing the screen
1. Remove the cables connecting the backlight board to the LCD screen.
2. Cut of the plastic circle with scissors and remove the cables connecting the main board and the TFT screen.
3. Unscrew the four M3×6 screws and take the screen assembly out carefully. To prevent the screen from being contaminated by dust, do not touch the screen.

4.3 Removing the LED Alarm Board ★Please first finish PART 4.1, then:
1. Remove the cables connecting the Key board and the LED Alarm Board, unscrew the two M3×6 screws and take the screen assembly out carefully.

4.4 Disconnecting the key board ★Please first finish PART 4.1, then:
1. Unscrew the four M3×6 screws and disconnect the cable that connects the key board and main board, the cable that connects the key board and LED Alarm Board, cable that connects the key board and speaker.

4.5 Removing the Button Board
1. Unscrew the three M3×6 screws and take out the Button Board.

4.6 Disconnecting the Knob Encoder
1. Pull the knob encoder out, unscrew it with Sharp nose pliers, and then take it out.

Main Bracket Disassembly 5.1 Removing the ECG board Assembly ★Please first finish PART 4.1, then:
1. Unscrew the three M3×6 screws and remove the cables connecting the ECG board and main board, the cable connecting the ECG board and stick panel .the TEM cable that connecting the ECG board and the ECG socket.

5.2 Removing the NIBP Board ★ Please first finish PART 4.1, then:
1. Disconnect the horse that connecting the take the NIBP and the NIBP pipe connector then unscrew the four M3×6 screws and remove the cables connecting the main board and NIBP module.

5.3 Removing the Bottom Assembly ★Please first finish PART 4.1, then:

1. Unscrew the three PT3×8 screws and remove the cable connecting the power board and power input connector, and then take out the bottom bracket.

5.4 Removing the Power Supply Assembly ★ Please first finish PART 5.3, then:
1. Cut of the plastic circle with scissors and remove the cables connecting the power board and main board, the cable connecting the power board and battery board.
2. Unscrew the four M3×6 screws. Then take the power board out.

5.5 Removing the SPO2 Board ★Please first finish PART 5.4, then: Before you removing the main board and spo2 board, you‘d disassemble the metal assembly firstly.
1.
Unscrew the four PT3×8 screws and take out the metal assembly.
2.
After removing the metal panel, disconnect the cable that connects the Spo2 board and the main board, remove the cable that connects SPO2 board and spo2 socket.
3. Unscrew the two PT3×8 screws and take out the SPO2 Module.

5.6 Removing the Main Board ★Please first finish PART 5.5, then: 1.
Pull out all the connectors on the mother board. There are numbers are listed below.

2. Unscrew the four M3×6 screws as shown in the figure above and take out the main board.

5.7 Removing the Net Work Board ★Please first finish PART 5.3, then: 1. Disconnect the cable that connects the take the Net Work Board and the main board then unscrew the two M3×6 screws and remove the Net Work Board out.

5.8 Removing the Net Work Board ★Please first finish PART 5.7, then: 1. Disconnect the cable that connects the anesthesia interface board and the main board then unscrew the two M3×6 screws and remove the anesthesia interface board out.

Rear Panel Disassembly 6.1 Removing the Fan ★Please first finish PART 4.1, then:
1. Disconnect the connector that connects the fan and the power board. Then unscrew the two M3×6 screws and remove the fan.
