Cleaning protocol in the cleaning space for Composites Squeeze Forceps Tap Water rinsing Step 1

Remove protector tip Activate forceps mechanism 5 times
Tap Water rinsing Step 3
Lumen for cleaning With the 5ml syringe and special cannula, flush cleaning solution 5 times per lumen
Clean body of instrument with soft brush without touching tube or active parts, until all visible soil has been removed
Immersion in neutral Ph cleaning solution*
Minimum 30 seconds

To remove the protector, squeeze and move back the forceps till the head (circled on the photo) is out.
Rinsing Step 6
Remove the forceps using the openning without touching it with the active parts. Proceed in reverse order to replace the protector. When putting back the protector check that the forceps is well positionned

With the 5ml syringe and special cannula, flush demineralized water*
Immersion in demineralized water*

Cleaning brush Syringe luer lock 5 ml
(a bigger size will make the flushing difficult) Wipe instrument with a non woven lint free disposable cloth
Dry with filtered dry air
