11 July 2018 RE: Neptune 2 Servicing Dear Valued Customer, Due to enhancements in technology and the development of more current hazardous waste management devices, Stryker SSP will no longer service Neptune 2 Rovers (PN 0702-002-000) from July 1st, 2023. This decision was made in the best interests of Stryker and its customers. The Neptune 3 System combines the reliability you have come to expect from Stryker as well as additional features, such as expanded suction range, an intuitive LCD touch screen display, and internal rotating power washers for added cleaning power. Due to Neptune 3’s wide demand, we are able to offer the product and service at our most competitive prices. In contrast, the change in technology and demand is increasingly driving Stryker to be unable to provide cost effective Neptune 2 service for our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and look forward to working with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
