2. Hold handpiece on an incline, distal tip pointing
down, flush with running water to rinse away
cleaning solutions.

3. Use only Stryker recommended cleaning brush to
remove debris around bur and blade mounts.
4. Wipe dry with lint free cloth or force air dry.
To Clean a Handswitch:
1. Wipe clean with a mild detergent and water or alcohol.
2. Extend the finger rest to clean all surfaces
and rinse with water.
3. Wipe dry with a lint free towel or force air dry.
To Clean an Attachment:
1. Clean an attachment with a brush or sponge,
a hospital enzymatic cleaning solution and water.
2. Use Stryker recommended cleaning brush to clean
cannula area. DO NOT use a brush in the nose or
cannula of an Elite or Saber SD series attachment.

or beaker of detergent for 5-10 minutes.
4. Hold the attachment on an incline and flush with
running water to rinse away the cleaning solution.
