WILAmed AIRcon Gen2 – Brief guide Start therapy intermission or mute alarm.  Display of the actual temperatures of the patient outlet and the chamber. Pressing both buttons for approx. 3 secs resets to factory settings.  Setting the humidification levels in three stages.  39.0°C 38.8 37.0 °C °C  Expiratory heating power (only with heated double-hose system)  IV EXP.  WILAmed  Enter configuration mode or exit configuration and change mode.  Setpoint temperature of the patient outlet and the chamber.  Displayed if the warm-up phase is still active.  AIRcon  Enter change mode or confirm changes.  Display for the currently set mode (IV, NIV, FREE)  Configuration help Attention! This quick start guide does NOT replace the operating instructions. All warnings and guidelines in the operating instructions must be strictly observed. ƒƒ“IV” mode: Factory setting for invasively ventilated patients (setpoint temperature: near the patient = 39°C, chamber = 37°C max.) ƒƒ“NIV” mode: Factory setting for mask-ventilated patients (setpoint temperature: near the patient = 34°C, chamber = 31°C max.) ƒƒ“Free” mode: Enter individual operating parameters ƒƒCondensate veil in the patient tube = sufficient humidification ƒƒNo condensate = increase humidification power ƒƒToo much condensate = Reduce humidification ƒƒHumidification power can be adjusted by water droplets from 1 drop (min.) to 3 drops (max.) or adjusted using the chamber temperature in the “FREE” mode.
