All service personnel must be thoroughly acquainted with how the unit works and be able to use the tools and measuring instruments required for the maintenance operations described in this manual. This manual contains basic information on the DOSIMETER MB3 manufactured by Air Liquide Medical Systems including details of routine maintenance procedures and a list of possible causes of malfunctions and the corrective action to be taken. .

Mount the nebulizer properly, following the assembly references and the numbering. Replace the nebulizer.
Nebulizer damaged due to oversterilisation. Check the compressed air circuit. Air leaks in the compressed air system. If the problem persists after these checks, the unit should be sent to an authorised centre for testing.
