1. Introduction Intended use Partner Agilia is a software tool developed to maintain the IV pumps belonging to the Agilia range. These IV pumps are syringe pumps: Injectomat Agilia, Injectomat MC Agilia and Injectomat TIVA Agilia or volumetric pumps: Volumat Agilia and Volumat MC Agilia.
User Profile Partner Agilia software is intended to be used by authorized and trained personnel only. This can be biomedical technicians and engineers or any personnel involved into the configuration and the maintenance of Agilia IV pumps. A specific training is provided by Fresenius Kabi representatives. After this training, a specific serial number (access code) is provided to the user to perform Partner Agilia software installation (refer to Installation page 7).
Principle of use The main functions of Partner Agilia software are:
Identify standalone or stacked Agilia IV pumps.
Perform update operations like technical data update, restore factory settings, update IV pumps software version.
Perform IV pumps sensors calibration.
Control IV pumps functions and generate reports.
Track maintenance operations and control results.
Display and report the IV pumps’ technical and clinical events.
Configure Agilia IV pumps with technical data for user interface and infusion administration settings. Important:
No patient must be connected to the IV pumps during connection between Partner Agilia computer and Agilia IV pumps. Do not use Partner Agilia on other devices than those declared as compatible.
Application scope This user manual is applicable to Partner Agilia software version 6.0.2 and above.
