Replacing the Pneumatic Spring Tools needed: •
8mm Hex wrench

The installer is required to use an ESD (electro-static discharge) Grounding Wrist strap during this procedure to avoid unintentional damage to the electronic devices in the machine. Do not remove any cards or lC chips from their antistatic containers until you are ready to install them. When removing cards or chips from a system, immediately place them in an antistatic bag or container. When handling cards or lC's, hold them by their edges. Avoid touching the components and connector leads on the card. Avoid touching the leads on the le. Do not slide cards or lC's over any surface. Avoid plastic, vinyl , and Styrofoam in your work area
Setup instructions

Check that the machine is switched off. Open the cabinet using a 8mm Hex wrench!

Remove the locking washers and replace the pneumatic spring Close the cabinet
