Technical competence The procedures described in this Technical Reference Manual should be performed by trained and authorized personnel only. Maintenance should only be undertaken by a competent, trained individual having experience in the repair of devices of this nature. No repairs should ever be undertaken or attempted by anyone not having such qualifications. Replace damaged parts with components manufactured or sold by GE Healthcare. Then test the unit to ascertain that it complies with the manufacturer’s published specifications.
