Single Rebreathing •
Power Innocor on.
•
Connect / turn gas bottle clockwise 1½ turns.
•
Press Setup on Screen.
•
Press Ambient and enter actual data.
•
Press Calibrate.
•
Press O2Adjust, expose tip of inlet to air and wait for “Current signal” to become stable. Press Start. Wait approximately 30 seconds. Press Save and Exit.
•
Press Exit Setup.
•
Press Measurement.
•
Press New Pt. and enter patient data.
•
Move cursor to the patient you want to study and press Select.
•
Press Test.
•
Press Single RB.
•
Connect patient to breathing assembly.
•
Press Start when patient ready
•
Perform rebreathing test.
•
Go to Results, Details or Graph to evaluate data.
•
Go to Print Prev. to print data.

Gas exchange (BbB) •
Power Innocor on.
•
Connect / turn gas bottle clockwise 1½ turns, unless using the stand alone flowmeter.
•
Press Setup on Screen.
•
Press Ambient and enter actual data.
•
Press Calibrate.
•
Press O2Adjust, expose tip of inlet to air and wait for “Current signal” to become stable. Press Start. Wait approximately 30 seconds. Press Save and Exit.
•
Press Adjust Flowmeter (BBB mode) and follow calibration guide using a syringe.
•
Press Calculate gas delay and follow calibration guide using a subject who performs fast inspirations/slow expirations.
•
Press Exit Setup.
•
Press Measurement.
•
Press New Pt. and enter patient data.
•
Move cursor to the patient you want to study and press Select.
•
Press Test.
•
Press Protocol.
•
Choose exercise protocol.
•
Connect patient to breathing assembly.
•
Press OK when patient ready.
•
You are now measuring. If scaling is not optimal then press Graph Setup and optimize axis settings.
•
A measurements can be stopped manually by pressing Stop protocol
•
Go to Results, Details or Graph to evaluate data.
•
Go to Print Prev. to print data.

Spirometry •
Power Innocor on.
•
Press Setup on Screen.
•
Press Ambient and enter actual data.
•
Press Calibrate.
•
Press Adjust Flowmeter (Spirometry mode) and follow calibration guide using a syringe with flowmeter in spirometry position.
•
Press Exit Setup.
•
Press Measurement.
•
Press New Pt. and enter patient data.
•
Move cursor to the patient you want to study and press Select.
•
Press Test.
•
Press Spirometry.
•
Connect patient to breathing assembly with flowmeter in spirometry position.
•
Perform spirometry manoeuvre.
•
Continue with New test until sufficient data are collected.
•
Press Exit to finish.
•
Go to Results, Details or Graph to evaluate data.
•
Go to Print Prev. to print data.
