Definitions: End of Service -The following criteria apply for devices that have reached end of service:  Provision of spare parts are not guaranteed  Technical documentation is not updated  Special tools/test equipment will no longer be available  Preventative maintenance support remains unchanged for the End of Service period End of Life - The following criteria apply for the devices that have reached end of life:  Repairs will no longer be carried out in repair centre  Any remaining accessories, maintenance parts and spare parts will be removed from inventory  Any Guaranteed service support agreements conclude Notes: *The End of Service and End of Life dates listed above are “planned dates” only, not yet confirmed.
