Dräger Zeus® Breathing System Disassembly/Assembly
Disassembly Insert cleaning disc into the adapter. Close adapter until it snaps.
Unscrew the CLIC adapter (optional).
Screw the CLIC adapter (optional).

Loosen and pull out the inspiration port.
Check the inspiration grills. Insert and tighten the inspiration port.

Insert the flow sensors

Screw off the APL valve.

* In case the grill is damaged contact DrägerService®
Check the expiration grills.* Insert and tighten the expiration port.

Turn the screws using the key counterclockwise about 120°.
Remove the flow sensors.
Lift off the upper part of the breathing system.
Set the upper part on the lower part of the breathing system.
Remove cleaning disc from the adapter. Close adapter until it snaps.
Loosen and pull out the expiration port.
Screw in the APL valve.
Assembly
Turn the screws using the key clockwise about 120°.

Position components so that all interior spaces and surfaces are completely flushed and water can drain off freely.

Machine cleaning and disinfection: Recommendation: Position components so that all interior spaces and surfaces are completely flushed and water can drain off freely. Sterilization: SpiroLife® flow sensors are not suitable for plasma or radiation sterilization.
