To Whom it may concern, The Calibration Key (CalKey) for Welch Allyn SureTemp thermometers does not have a calibration option. The Cal Key is calibrated during manufacturing and if a customer uses proper handling there is no requirement for calibration. As Welch Allyn does not offer an option for calibration, we recommend purchasing a new CalKey if the customer has any questions/concerns regarding accuracy.
