Dear Welch Allyn Customer, Welch Allyn has taken the steps to obsolete the LS 100 Exam Light and replace it with the LS 135 Exam Light. Since June 2000 we have been providing warranty and service support by either using up existing inventory or by working with the suppliers who were willing to continue furnishing us with parts at considerably lower volumes. Unfortunately we are no longer able to continue this and must therefore obsolete the products. Welch Allyn will no longer provide service or replacement parts for this product. Attached is a detailed listing of the part numbers being for your reference.
