Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Monopolares Sauginstrument zur Absaugung von Blut, Flüssigkeiten und Rauch bei gleichzeitiger oder abwechselnder monopolarer Koagulation von Gewebe bei chirurgischen Eingriffen. Das Instrument wird mittels geeignetem Monopolarkabel an den monopolaren Ausgang eines HF-Generators angeschlossen und darf nur mit monopolarem Koagulationsstrom eingesetzt werden. Die maximale Ausgangsspannung des Generators darf 3000 Vp nicht überschreiten Geeignete Anschlusskabel: Bissinger Monopolarkabel REF 801 00x xx. Achtung: Instrumente für die Elektrochirurgie dürfen nur von Personen eingesetzt werden, die speziell dafür ausgebildet oder eingewiesen sind. Anwendungs- und Sicherheitshinweise Alle Instrumente müssen vor der ersten Ingebrauchnahme und vor jeder weiteren Anwendung komplett gereinigt, desinfiziert und sterilisiert werden. Es ist sehr wichtig, jedes chirurgische Instrument vor jedem Gebrauch auf sichtbare Beschädigungen und Verschleiß, z.B. Risse, Brüche oder Defekte an der Isolation zu untersuchen. Setzen Sie niemals beschädigte Instrumente ein. Nicht bei Patienten mit Herzschrittmachern oder anderen aktiven Implantaten anwenden ohne einen entsprechenden fachlichen Rat einzuholen. Nicht in Gegenwart von brennbaren oder explosiven Stoffen verwenden. Auf korrekte Applikation der Neutralelektrode am Patienten achten, da sonst Verbrennungsgefahr besteht. Das Instrument darf nicht auf dem Patienten abgelegt werden. Nur aktivieren, wenn sich die Kontaktflächen im Sichtbereich befinden. Dabei keine anderen metallischen Instrumente berühren. Möglichst kurze impulsartige Aktivierung. Daueraktivierung > 15 Sekunden vermeiden. Nicht im Spray-/Fulgurations-Modus verwenden. Funkenbildung vermeiden. Bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung mit Spülinstrumenten möglichst nicht leitende Spülflüssigkeit verwenden. Wiederaufbereitung Aufgrund des Produktdesigns, der verwendeten Materialien und des Verwendungszwecks kann kein definiertes Limit von maximal durchführbaren Aufbereitungszyklen festgelegt werden. Die Lebensdauer der Instrumente wird durch deren Funktion und den schonenden Umgang mit ihnen bestimmt. Instrumente für die Elektrochirurgie unterliegen naturgemäß einem erhöhten Verschleiß in Abhängigkeit von Art und Dauer der Anwendung. Vorbereitung und Transport Direkt nach der Anwendung (innerhalb von 2 h) groben Schmutz von den Instrumenten entfernen. Keine fixierenden Mittel oder heißes Wasser (>40°C) benutzen, da das zur Fixierung von Rückständen führt und den Reinigungserfolg beeinträchtigen kann. Lagerung und Transport der Instrumente muss in einem geschlossenen Behältnis zum Aufbereitungsort erfolgen, um eine Beschädigung der Instrumente und Kontamination der Umwelt zu vermeiden. Manuelle Vorreinigung 1. Legen Sie die Instrumente für 5 min. in kaltes Leitungswasser ein. 2. Bürsten Sie alle Oberflächen der Instrumente unter kaltem Leitungswasser mit einer weichen Bürste bis alle sichtbaren Verschmutzungen entfernt sind. 3. Bürsten Sie jeweils das Innenrohr, die Saugunterbrecher und die Querbohrung am Elektrodenende zusätzlich mit der BissingerReinigungsbürste (REF 89800000) mindestens sechsmal. 4. Die Lumen mit einer Wasserpistole für 10 Sekunden oder mehrmals mit einer Spritze mit
mind. 50 ml Wasser durchspülen, dabei die Saugunterbrecher geschlossen halten. Prozedur wiederholen bis keine Fremdrückstände in der Spülflüssigkeit sichtbar sind. Geeignete Reinigungsbürste für den Saugkanal: Bissinger Reinigungsbürste REF 89800000. Maschinelle Wiederaufbereitung Reinigung Instrumente in das Reinigungs-Desinfektionsgerät (RDG) legen und Spülanschluss anschließen. 1. 4 min. Vorspülen mit kaltem Wasser 2. Entleerung 3. 5 min. Waschen bei 50°C mit 0,2 % alkalischem Reiniger (PH>10) 4. Entleerung 5. 3 min Neutralisation mit warmen Leitungswasser (>40°C) 6. Entleerung 7. 2 min. Zwischenspülung mit kaltem Leitungswasser 8. Entleerung Desinfektion Maschinelle thermische Desinfektion bei 90°C für 5 min. unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen Anforderungen bezüglich des A0-Wertes durchführen. Trocknung Trocknung der Außenseite der Instrumente durch den Trocknungszyklus des Reinigungs-/Desinfektions-gerätes. Falls notwendig, kann zusätzlich eine manuelle Trocknung mit Hilfe eines flusenfreien Tuches erreicht werden. Hohlräume von Instrumenten mit steriler Druckluft trocknen. Manuelle Wiederaufbereitung Vorbehandlung im Ultraschallbad 1. Die Instrumente werden in ein Ultraschallbad mit 0,5% enzymatischer Reiniger gelegt und mit Ultraschall für 15 min. bei 40°C beschallt. 2. Die Instrumente entnehmen und mit kaltem Wasser spülen um den Reiniger zu entfernen. Reinigung 1. Bereiten Sie ein Reinigungsbad gemäß Herstellerangaben zu. 2. Produkte solange unter kaltem Leitungswasser (<40°C) spülen, bis alle sichtbaren Verschmutzungen entfernt wurden. Festsitzender Schmutz ist mit einer weichen Bürste zu entfernen. Sämtliche Öffnungen und Rohrinnenflächen mit der BissingerReinigungsbürste (REF 89800000) mindestens sechsmal bürsten. 3. Produkte in das vorbereitete Reinigungsbad komplett einlegen. Einwirkzeit gemäß Herstellerangaben einhalten. 4. Reinigen Sie das eingelegte Instrument manuell mit einer weichen Bürste. Alle Flächen müssen mehrfach abgebürstet werden. 5. Für Kanäle und Rohrinnenflächen gilt: Fahren Sie mit der Bissinger-Reinigungsbürste für den Saugkanal mindestens sechsmal in das Rohr hinein und wieder hinaus. Wiederholen Sie die Prozedur auch für die Querbohrungen der Elektrode und die Saugunterbrecher. Spülen Sie danach das Rohr mit destilliertem Wasser und wiederholen Sie diese Prozedur, dabei die Saugunterbrecher geschlossen halten. 6. Spülen Sie die Produkte äußerst gründlich unter fließendem Leitungswasser zur restlosen Entfernung des Reinigungsmittels. Desinfektion Bereiten Sie ein Desinfektionsbad gemäß Angaben des Desinfektionsmittelherstellers zu. Legen Sie die Instrumente in das Desinfektionsbad ein und beachten Sie dabei die vorgeschriebene Einwirkzeit. Spülen Sie die Produkte äußerst gründlich mit VE-Wasser zur restlosen Entfernung des Desinfektionsmittels. Trocknung Die manuelle Trocknung erfolgt mittels eines flusenfreien Tuches und, insbesondere zur Trocknung von Hohlräumen und Kanälen, mit steriler Druckluft. Funktionsprüfung und Verpackung Optische Begutachtung auf Sauberkeit; ggf. Montage und Funktionstest gemäß Bedienungsanleitung. Falls notwendig, den Wiederaufbereitungsprozess wiederholen bis das Instrument optisch sauber ist Normgerechte Verpackung der Instrumente zur Sterilisation. Die Edelmetall-Funktionsflächen der Non-Stick Elektroden können, ähnlich wie Silber, anlaufen. Dies stellt keine Funktionsbeeinträchtigung dar. Der ursprüngliche Glanz

ENGLISH Monopolar Suction-Coagulator Lagerung Lagerung der sterilisierten Instrumente in einer trockenen, sauberen und staubfreien Umgebung bei moderaten Temperaturen von 5°C bis 40°C. Reparaturen Führen Sie Reparaturen nicht selbst durch. Service und Reparaturen dürfen nur durch entsprechend trainierte und qualifizierte Personen durchgeführt werden. Wenden Sie sich mit diesbezüglichen Fragen an den Hersteller oder Ihre medizintechnische Abteilung. Achtung: Defekte Produkte müssen vor Rücksendung zur Reparatur den gesamten Wiederaufbereitungs-prozess durchlaufen haben. Attention Please read all information contained in this insert. Incorrect handling and care as well as misuse can lead to premature wear of surgical instruments. Intended Use The monopolar suction-coagulator is intended to be used for the aspiration of blood, liquids and smoke and simultaneous or subsequent monopolar coagulation of tissue during surgical procedures. The instrument has to be connected by a suitable monopolar cable to the monopolar output of an electrosurgical generator and must only be used with monopolar coagulation current. The maximum output voltage of the generator must not exceed 3000 Vp. Suitable Cables: Bissinger Monopolar Cable REF 801 00xxx. Caution: Monopolar instruments should be used only by individuals who are trained and licensed to use such devices. Examples of such training and experience include: Training through qualified residency program, surgical skills workshops, training programs offered by equipment manufacturers or preceptorship/surgical assistant training. Use and safety instructions All instruments have to be completely cleaned, disinfected and sterilised before initial use and any subsequent use. It is very important to check each surgical instrument for visible damage and wear, such as cracks, breaks or insulation defects before each use. Never use damaged instruments. Never use on patients with pacemakers or other active implants without prior consultation of a specialist. Never use the instruments in the presence of flammable or explosive substances. Ensure correct application of the neutral electrode on the patient. Otherwise there is a risk of burns. The instrument may not be laid down on the patient. Activation should only be performed if the contact surfaces are visible. Do not touch any other metallic instruments during coagulation. Activate in short sequences, avoid uninterrupted activation >15 sec. Do not use in a Spray-/Fulguration mode. Use non-conductive liquid when used together with irrigation instruments. Reprocessing Due to the product design, the raw materials used and the intended purpose it is not possible to determine a precise limit with regard to the maximum possible number of reprocessing cycles. The serviceable life of the instruments is determined by their function as well as by a careful handling. Instruments for electrosurgery are by nature subject to increased wear depending on the type and time of use. Preparation and transport Remove coarse dirt from the instruments immediately after each use (within 2 h). Do not use fixation agents or hot water (>40°C) as this may result in the fixation of residues and could reduce the cleaning success. Storage and transport of the instruments to the reprocessing location must be ensured in a sealed container to avoid any damage to the instruments and any contamination of the environment. Manual Pre-Cleaning 1. Immerse the instrument in cold water for 5 minutes. 2. Brush the instruments under cold water until all visible impurities are removed. 3. Suction tube, suction control holes and safety valves must additionally be cleaned with the Bissinger cleaning brush (REF 89800000) at least six times.

All lumen must be flushed with the water pistol for 10 seconds or using a syringe with at least 50 ml water several times, thereby holding suction control holes closed. Repeat procedure until no impurities are visible in the flushing solution.
Suitable cleaning brush: Bissinger Cleaning Brush REF 89800000 Machine reprocessing Cleaning Place the instruments in a basket on the insert module of the washing machine and start the cleaning process. 1. Prerinse for 4 min. with cold water 2. Discharging 3. Wash for 5 min. at 50°C/122°F with a 0.2% alkaline cleaning agent (pH > 10). 4. Discharging 5. Neutralise for 3 min. with warm tap water (>40°C/104°F) and a neutralising agent. 6. Discharging 7. Rinse 2 min. with cold tap water. 8. Discharging Disinfection Machine operated thermal disinfection at 90°C has to be carried out in consideration of the national requirements with regard to the A0 value (see ISO 15883). Drying Dry the outside of the instruments by carrying out a drying cycle of the cleaning/disinfection machine. If necessary, manual drying may additionally be carried out using a lint free cloth. Dry all cavities of the instruments by blowing with sterile compressed air. Manual reprocessing Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning 1. The instrument must be inserted in an ultrasonic bath with 0.5% enzymatic cleaning detergent. Ultrasound must be applied for 15 minutes at 40°C/104°F. 2. Remove the instrument and rinse completely with cold water to remove the cleaning detergent. Cleaning 1. Prepare a cleaning bath according to the manufacturer's instructions. 2. Rinse products with cold tap water (<40°C/104°F) until all visible accumulations of dirt have been removed. Remove stuck dirt by using a soft brush. All cavities, lumen and holes must additionally be cleaned with the Bissinger cleaning brush (REF 89800000) at least six times. 3. Place products in the prepared cleaning bath so that they are completely submersed. Observe residence time according to the manufacturer's instructions. 4. Clean the instrument in the bath manually using a soft brush. All surfaces have to be brushed several times. 5. The following steps only apply to channels and the insides of tubes: The Bissinger cleaning brush has to be pushed in and out of the suction tube, the suction control holes and the safety valves at least six times. Rinse the tubes with distilled water and repeat the procedure, thereby holding suction control holes closed. 6. Rinse the products thoroughly with running tap water to remove the cleaning agents without residue. Disinfection Prepare a disinfectant bath according to the instructions of the disinfectant manufacturer. Place the instruments in the disinfectant bath and observe the specified residence time. Rinse the products thoroughly with fully demineralised water to remove the disinfectant without residue. Drying Manual drying is carried out using a lint free cloth and, in particular, for drying cavities and channels, sterile compressed air. Functional test and packaging Perform visual inspection for cleanliness; if required, perform an assembly and functional test according to the operating instructions. If necessary, repeat the reprocessing process until the instrument is optically clean. Packaging has to comply with international standards for packaging for sterilised instruments. The noble metal tips of the Non-Stick electrodes may tarnish like silver. This has no impact on the functionality of the instrument. The original gloss can be re-established with a silver cleaning cloth.
Sterilisation Sterilisation of the products with fractional pre-vacuum procedure (in accordance with ISO 13060 / ISO 17665) in consideration of the respective national requirements. - 3 pre-vacuum phases with a pressure of at least 60 mbar. - Heating up to a sterilisation temperature of min. 132°C and max. 137°C - Shortest exposure time: 3 min. - Drying time: at least 10 min. Storage Sterilised instruments have to be stored in a dry, clean and dust-free area at moderate temperatures from 5°C to 40°C. Repairs Never attempt to perform repairs yourself. Service and repair work may only be performed by persons qualified and trained accordingly. For any question on these matters, please contact either the manufacturer or your medico-technical department. Attention: Defect products must pass the complete reprocessing process before being returned for repair. Handling During transport, cleaning, care, sterilisation and storage, all surgical instruments should be handled with maximum care. Veuillez lire attentivement les informations de cette brochure Une manipulation et un entretien non conforme ainsi qu'une utilisation inadéquate peuvent conduire à une usure précoce ou à des risques pour les patients et les utilisateurs. Utilisation conforme Instrument d'aspiration monopolaire pour aspirer le sang, les liquides et la fumée avec coagulation monopolaire simultanée ou alternée de tissus lors d'interventions chirurgicales. Il doit être raccordé, par un câble monopolaire approprié, à la sortie monopolaire d'un générateur H.F. et doit être utilisé toujours avec un courant de coagulation monopolaire. La tension de sortie max. du générateur ne doit pas dépasser 3000 Vp Câble de raccordement adapté : Câble monopolaire Bissinger, REF 801 00x xx. Attention : Les instruments pour l'électrochirurgie ne doivent être utilisés que par des personnes qui ont la formation spéciale requise ou ont été instruites de manière adéquate. Consignes d'utilisation et de sécurité Avant la première utilisation et avant toute autre utilisation, nettoyer, désinfecter et stériliser complètement tous les instruments. Il est très important de contrôler tous les instruments chirurgicaux avant toute utilisation s'ils présentent de l'usure ou des endommagements visibles, comme p.ex. des fissures, ruptures ou défauts de l'isolation. Ne jamais utiliser des instruments endommagés. Ne pas appliquer sur des patients avec des pacemakers ou des implants actifs sans demander l'avis d'un spécialiste. Ne pas utiliser l'instrument en présence de substances inflammables ou explosives. Veillez à l'application de l'électrode neutre sur le patient car sinon il existe un risque de brûlure. Ne pas déposer l'instrument sur le patient. Activer uniquement lorsque les surfaces de contact se trouvent dans la zone visible. Ne toucher aucun autre instrument métallique. Activation par impulsion aussi courte que possible. Activation durable > 15 secondes à éviter. Ne pas utiliser en mode spray/fulguration. Éviter la formation d'étincelles. En cas d'utilisation simultanée d'instruments de rinçage, ne pas utiliser de liquides conducteurs si possible. Retraitement Il n'est pas possible de définir une limite de cycles de traitement réalisables en raison du design du produit, des matières utilisées et de l'utilisation prévue. La durée de vie des instruments est déterminée par leur fonction et par l'utilisation douce que vous en faites. Les instruments d'électrochirurgie sont soumis par nature à une usure supérieure en fonction du type et de la durée de l'application. Préparation et transport Eliminer les grosses impuretés des instruments tout de suite après l'utilisation (sous 2 h). Ne pas utiliser des agents fixateurs ou de l'eau chaude (>40°C) car cela conduit à la fixation des résidus et peut nuire au succès du nettoyage. Le stockage et le transport des instruments au lieu de retraitement doivent être effectués dans des récipients fermés pour éviter une dégradation des instruments et une contamination de l'environnement. Nettoyage préliminaire manuel 1. Plongez les instruments pendant 5 min. dans l'eau froide du robinet. 2. Brossez toutes les surfaces des instruments à l'eau froide avec une brosse douce jusqu'à ce que toutes les salissures visibles soient retirées. 3. Brosser le tube intérieur, le bloqueur d'aspiration et l'alésage transversal sur l'extrémité de l'électrode

avec la brosse de nettoyage Bissinger (REF 898 00000) au moins six fois. Rincer les lumen avec un pistolet à eau pendant 10 secondes ou plusieurs avec un seringue avec au moins 50 ml d'eau tout en maintenant le bloqueur d'aspiration fermé. Répéter la procédure jusqu'à ce que plus aucun résidu ne soit visible dans le liquide de rinçage.
Brosse de nettoyage adaptée pour le canal d'aspiration : Brosse de nettoyage Bissinger REF 89800000. Retraitement en machine Nettoyage Placer les instruments dans l'appareil de nettoyage et de désinfection (RDG) et brancher le raccord de rinçage. 1. Prérincer à l'eau froide pendant 4 min. 2. Vidange 3. Laver pendant 5 min. à 50°C avec un produit de nettoyage alcalin (0,2% (PH>10). 4. Vidange 5. Neutraliser pendant 3 min. à l'eau chaude (>40°C). 6. Vidange 7. Rinçage intermédiaire à l'eau de conduite froide pendant 2 min 8. Vidange Désinfection La désinfection thermique en machine doit être effectuée à 90°C pendant 5 min en tenant compte des exigences nationales concernant la valeur A0. Séchage Sécher l'extérieur des instruments au moyen du cycle de séchage de l'appareil de nettoyage/désinfection. Rincer soigneusement les produits à l'eau complètement déminéralisée pour éliminer le désinfectant sans résidus. È molto importante sottoporre ogni strumento chirurgico ad una verifica della presenza di danni visibili e segni d'usura, come ad esempio, crepe, fratture o difetti sull'isolamento, prima di ogni impiego. Non impiegare in nessun caso gli strumenti danneggiati. Non utilizzare in caso di pazienti con pacemaker o altri impianti attivi senza richiedere un'adeguata consulenza specialistica. Non utilizzare in presenza di sostanze combustibili o a rischio d'esplosione. Prestare attenzione alla corretta applicazione dell'elettrodo neutro nel paziente perché altrimenti potrebbe sussistere il pericolo di ustioni. Non è consentito appoggiare lo strumento sul paziente. Effettuare la coagulazione solo se le superfici a contatto si trovano nel campo visivo. Durante questa operazione non toccare altri strumenti metallici. L'attivazione deve avvenire ad impulsi ed essere quanto più breve possibile. Evitare attivazioni permanenti con una durata superiore ai 15 secondi. Non utilizzare in modalità spray / folgorazione. Evitare la formazione di scintille. Non utilizzare per quanto possibile liquidi conduttivi allo stesso tempo degli strumenti di risciacquo. Rigenerazione In base alla progettazione del prodotto, ai materiali impiegati e alla destinazione d'uso, non è possibile stabilire nessun limite massimo definito di cicli di rigenerazione possibili. La durata degli strumenti viene determinata dal loro funzionamento e dalla loro corretta gestione. Gli strumenti per l'elettrochirurgia sono soggetti per loro natura ad un'elevata usura a seconda della tipologia e della durata dell'applicazione. Preparazione e trasporto Eliminare immediatamente le incrostazioni di sporco grossolane dagli strumenti immediatamente dopo l'impiego (entro 2 ore). Lo stoccaggio e il trasporto degli strumenti devono avvenire in un contenitore chiuso fino al punto di trattamento per evitare eventuali danni agli strumenti e la contaminazione dell'ambiente circostante. Pulizia preliminare manuale 1. Disporre gli strumenti per 5 minuti in acqua fredda. 2. Spazzolare tutte le superfici degli strumenti sotto l'acqua fredda corrente con una spazzola morbida fino a quando tutte le incrostazioni di sporco visibile non risultano rimosse. 3. Ripetere questa procedura fino a quando non sono più visibili i residui di corpi estranei nel liquido di risciacquo. Los instrumentos destinados a la electrocirugía están sujetos a un desgaste superior en función del tipo y de la duración de la aplicación.

Atención Lea con detenimiento la información recogida en este folleto. Un uso y/o cuidado inadecuados, así como el uso para fines ajenos al previsto, pueden causar un desgaste prematuro de los instrumentos quirúrgicos o riesgos para los pacientes y usuarios. Destinación El instrumento de succión monopolar está destinado a ser utilizado para la aspiración de sangre, líquidos y humo y para la coagulación monopolar simultánea o posterior del tejido durante los procedimientos quirúrgicos.La tensión de salida máxima del generador no debe exceder 3000 Vp. El instrumento tiene que ser conectado por un cable monopolar adecuado a la salida monopolar de un generador electroquirúrgico y sólo debe utilizarse con corriente de coagulación monopolar. Cables de conexión apropiados: Cable monopolarde Bissinger, REF 801 00xxx. Atención: Los instrumentos electroquirúrgicos sólo deben ser usados por personas que hayan recibido una formación especial o que hayan sido instruidas adecuadamente. Instrucciones de uso y seguridad Todos los instrumentos deben ser completamente limpiados, desinfectados, esterilizados verificando su capacidad funcional antes de usarlos por primera vez y antes de cada nuevo uso. Es muy importante examinar cada instrumento quirúrgico antes de cada uso para detectar daños visibles y el desgaste, p. ej. fisuras, roturas o defectos en el aislamiento. Prelavado manual 1. Coloque los instrumentos durante 5 min. en agua fría del grifo. 2. Cepille todas las superficies de los instrumenstos bajo agua corriente fría con un cepillo suave hasta eliminar toda la suciedad visible. 3. Desinfección Prepare un baño desinfectante siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante del desinfectante. Sumerja los instrumentos en el baño desinfectante y observe el tiempo de actuación prescrito.
