Zweckbestimmung Die Monopolaren Elektroden wurden entwickelt zum Einsatz in der minimalinvasiven Chirurgie, insbesondere der Laparoskopie. Das Instrument wird durch eine 5,5 mm Trokarhülse eingeführt. Die Monopolaren Elektroden und Mikronadel-Elektroden sind zum monopolaren Koagulieren bzw. Schneiden bestimmt. Die monopolare Hysterektomieschlinge wurde zum Absetzen des Uterus bei der suprazervikalen Hysterektomie entwickelt. Das Instrument wird mittels geeignetem Monopolarkabel an den monopolaren Ausgang eines HF-Generators angeschlossen. Wenn indiziert, kann gezielt monopolarer Koagulationsbzw. Schneidestrom eingesetzt werden. Die maximale Ausgangsspannung des Generators darf 2000 Vp nicht überschreiten. Geeignete Anschlusskabel: Bissinger Monopolarkabel Art.Nr. 801 00xxx. Achtung: Instrumente für die Elektrochirurgie dürfen nur von Personen eingesetzt werden, die speziell dafür ausgebildet oder eingewiesen sind. Kontraindikationen Vorfälle, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Einsatz elektrochirurgischer Systeme berichtet wurden: Unbeabsichtigte Aktivierung mit resultierender Gewebeschädigung an der falschen Stelle und/oder Beschädigung der Ausrüstung. Feuer in Verbindung mit Abdecktüchern und anderen entzündlichen Materialien. Alternierende Strompfade, die zu Verbrennungen führen an Stellen, an denen der Patient oder Anwender mit unisolierten Bauteilen in Berührung kommt. Explosionen, verursacht durch Funkenbildung in der Umgebung von entzündlichen Gasen. Perforation von Organen. Plötzliche schwere Blutungen. Anwendungs- und Sicherheitshinweise Nichtbeachtung dieser Anwendungs- und Sicherheitshinweise können zu Verletzungen, Fehlfunktionen oder anderen unerwarteten Vorfällen führen. - Alle Instrumente müssen vor der ersten Ingebrauchnahme und vor jeder weiteren Anwendung komplett gereinigt, desinfiziert, sterilisiert und auf Funktionsfähigkeit geprüft werden. - Es ist sehr wichtig, jedes chirurgische Instrument vor jedem Gebrauch auf sichtbare Beschädigungen und Verschleiß, z.B. Risse, Brüche oder Defekte an der Isolation zu untersuchen. Vor allem Bereiche wie Schneiden, Spitzen, Schlüsse, Sperren und Rasten, sowie alle beweglichen Teile, Isolationen und keramischen Elemente sind sorgfältig zu prüfen. - Setzen Sie niemals beschädigte Instrumente ein. - Nicht in Gegenwart von brennbaren oder explosiven Stoffen verwenden. - Das Instrument darf nicht auf dem Patienten abgelegt werden. - Nur koagulieren, wenn sich die Kontaktflächen im Sichtbereich befinden und guten Kontakt mit dem zur Koagulation gewählten Gewebe haben. Dabei keine anderen metallischen Instrumente, Trokarhülsen, Optiken oder dgl. berühren. - Nicht bei Patienten mit Herzschrittmachern oder anderen aktiven Implantaten anwenden ohne einen entsprechenden fachlichen Rat einzuholen. - Auf korrekte Applikation der Neutralelektrode am Patienten achten, da sonst Verbrennungsgefahr besteht. Anwendungs- und Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers des HF-Chirurgiegeräts beachten. Montage Folgen Sie dem Piktogramm PIC-859 zur Montage- bzw. Demontage des Instruments. Spezielle Hinweise zur Hysterektomieschlinge - Das Instrument wird mit eingezogener Schlinge durch den Trokar eingeführt. - Kontrollieren Sie die richtige Platzierung der Schlinge rundum am Uterus vor Aktivierung des Stroms; es wird das gesamte Gewebe innerhalb des Schlingenbereichs durchtrennt. - Halten Sie die Schlinge nach dem Platzieren unter leichter Vorspannung, um ein unkontrolliertes

Verrutschen zu vermeiden. Halten Sie einen Sicherheitsabstand zur Ligatur ein. Ziehen Sie die Schlinge während des Schnitts mit mäßiger Kraft gleichmäßig zu. Der monopolare Schnitt beginnt am unisolierten Teilstück der Schlinge. Die Schlinge ist ein auswechselbares, sterilisierbares Produkt für den einmaligen Gebrauch, das nach jeder Anwendung zu erneuern ist.
Wiederaufbereitung Aufgrund des Produktdesigns, der verwendeten Materialien und des Verwendungszwecks kann kein definiertes Limit von maximal durchführbaren Aufbereitungszyklen festgelegt werden. Die Lebensdauer der Instrumente wird durch deren Funktion und den schonenden Umgang mit ihnen bestimmt. Instrumente für die Elektrochirurgie unterliegen naturgemäß einem erhöhten Verschleiß in Abhängigkeit von Art und Dauer der Anwendung. Vorbereitung und Transport Direkt nach der Anwendung groben Schmutz von den Instrumenten entfernen. Keine fixierenden Mittel oder heißes Wasser (>40°C) benutzen. Lagerung und Transport der Instrumente in einem geschlossenen Behältnis zum Aufbereitungsort. Maschinelle Wiederaufbereitung Reinigung Instrumente in eine Siebschale auf den Einschubwagen bzw. auf die Einsätze des MIC-Wagens legen und den Reinigungsprozess starten. 1. 1 min. Vorspülen mit kaltem Wasser 2. Entleerung 3. 3 min. Vorspülen mit kaltem Wasser 4. Entleerung 5. 5 min. Waschen bei 55°C mit 0,5 % alkalischen, bzw. 45°C mit enzymatischem Reiniger 6. Entleerung 7. 3 min Neutralisation mit warmen Leitungswasser (>40°C) und Neutralisator 8. Entleerung 9. 2 min. Zwischenspülung mit warmen Leitungswasser (>40°C) 10. Entleerung Desinfektion Maschinelle thermische Desinfektion unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen Anforderungen bezüglich des A0-Wertes (siehe ISO 15883) durchführen. Trocknung Trocknung der Außenseite der Instrumente durch den Trocknungszyklus des Reinigungs-/Desinfektions-gerätes. Falls notwendig, kann zusätzlich eine manuelle Trocknung mit Hilfe eines flusenfreien Tuches erreicht werden. Hohlräume mit steriler Druckluft trocknen. Manuelle Wiederaufbereitung Vorbehandlung im Ultraschallbad 1. Die Instrumente werden in ein Ultraschallbad mit 0,5% enzymatischer Reiniger gelegt und mit Ultraschall für 15 min. bei 40°C beschallt. 2. Die Instrumente entnehmen und mit kaltem Wasser spülen um den Reiniger zu entfernen. Reinigung Bereiten Sie ein Reinigungsbad gemäß Herstellerangaben zu. 1. Produkte unter kaltem Leitungswasser (<40°C) spülen, bis alle sichtbaren Verschmutzungen entfernt wurden. Festsitzenden Schmutz mit einer weichen Bürste entfernen. 2. Produkte in das vorbereitete Reinigungsbad komplett einlegen. Einwirkzeit gemäß Herstellerangaben einhalten. 3. Eingelegtes Instrument manuell mit einer weichen Bürste reinigen Alle Flächen mehrfach abbürsten. 4. Gründliches spülen der Produkte unter fließendem Leitungswasser zur restlosen Entfernung des Reinigungsmittels. Desinfektion Bereiten Sie ein Desinfektionsbad gemäß Angaben des Desinfektionsmittelherstellers zu. Legen Sie die Instrumente in das Desinfektionsbad ein und beachten Sie dabei die vorgeschriebene Einwirkzeit. Spülen Sie die Produkte äußerst gründlich mit VE-Wasser zur restlosen Entfernung des Desinfektionsmittels. Trocknung Die manuelle Trocknung erfolgt mittels eines flusenfreien Tuches und, insbesondere zur Trocknung von Hohlräumen und Kanälen, mit steriler Druckluft. Funktionsprüfung und Verpackung Optische Begutachtung auf Sauberkeit; ggf. Montage und Funktionstest gemäß Bedienungsanleitung.
Falls notwendig, den Wiederaufbereitungsprozess wiederholen bis das Instrument optisch sauber ist Normgerechte Verpackung der Instrumente zur Sterilisation nach ISO 11607 und EN 868 Sterilisation Sterilisation der Produkte mit fraktioniertem Pre-VakuumVerfahren (gem. ISO 13060 / ISO 17665) unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen nationalen Anforderungen. - 3 Vorvakuumphasen mit mindestens 60 mbar Druck - Aufheizung auf eine Sterilisationstemperatur von mindestens 132°C; max. 137°C - Kürzeste Haltezeit: 3 min. - Trockenzeit: mindestens 10 min. Lagerung Lagerung der sterilisierten Instrumente in einer trockenen, sauberen und staubfreien Umgebung bei moderaten Temperaturen von 5°C bis 40°C. Reparaturen Führen Sie Reparaturen nicht selbst durch. Service und Reparaturen dürfen nur durch entsprechend trainierte und qualifizierte Personen durchgeführt werden. Wenden Sie sich mit diesbezüglichen Fragen an den Hersteller oder Ihre medizintechnische Abteilung. Achtung: Defekte Produkte müssen vor Rücksendung zur Reparatur den gesamten Wiederaufbereitungs-prozess durchlaufen haben. Informationen zur Validierung der Wiederaufbereitung Die folgenden Prüfanleitungen, Materialien und Maschinen wurden zur Validierung eingesetzt: Reinigungsmittel (maschinell): Neodisher FA; Dr. Weigert (Alkalisch) Endozime, Fa. Ruhof (Enzymatisch) Reinigungsmittel (manuell): Enzol Enzym. Detergent, Johnson&Johnson Desinfektionsmittel (manuell): Cidex OPA , Johnson&Johnson Neutralisator: Neodisher Z; Dr. Weigert Reinigungs- Desinfektionsgerät: Miele G 7736 CD Miele Einschubwagen E 327-06 Miele MIC-Wagen E 450 Details siehe Bericht SMP GmbH # 01707011901 (Masch. Handhabung Alle chirurgischen Instrumente sollten beim Transportieren, Reinigen, Pflegen, Sterilisieren und Lagern stets mit größter Sorgfalt behandelt werden. Dies gilt insbesondere für Schneiden, feine Spitzen und sonstige empfindliche Bereiche. Monopolar electrodes for MIS
Attention Please read all information contained in this insert. Incorrect handling and care as well as misuse can lead to premature wear of surgical instruments. Intended Use The monopolar electrodes are intended for use in minimally invasive and especially laparoscopic surgical procedures. The device is to be passed through a 5.5 mm laparoscopic cannula. The monopolar electrodes micro needle electrodes are intended to be used for monopolar coagulation and cutting respectively. The monopolar hysterectomy loop electrode is intended to be used for removal of the uterus in supracervical hysterectomies. The instrument has to be connected by a suitable monopolar cable to the monopolar output of an electrosurgical generator. As indicated monopolar coagulation- or cutting current may be selectively applied to the tissue. The maximum output voltage of the generator must not exceed 2000 Vp. Suitable Cables: Bissinger Monopolar Cable REF 801 00xxx. Attention: Instruments for electrosurgery should be used only by persons who have been specially trained in the use of such instruments. Contraindications Incidents which have been reported in connection with the use of electrosurgical systems: Unintended activation with resulting tissue injury on the wrong spot and/ or damage to the equipment. Fire in connection with surgical drapes and other inflammable materials. Alternating current paths leading to burns on spots where the patient or user comes into contact with components without insulation. Explosions caused by sparks in the proximity of inflammable gases. Perforation of organs. Sudden severe bleedings. Bipolar forceps have proved inefficient for tubular sterilisation or coagulation in the context of sterilisation and should therefore not be used for this purpose. Use and safety instructions The non-observance of the present use and safety instructions may lead to injuries, malfunctions or other unexpected incidents. - Before initial use and any other use, all instruments have to be completely cleaned, disinfected and sterilised and their functioning has to be checked. - It is very important to check each surgical instrument for visible damage and wear, such as cracks, breaks or insulation defects before each use. In particular areas, such as blades, tips, notches, locking and blocking devices as well as all mobile parts, insulations and ceramic elements have to be checked carefully. - Never use damaged instruments. - Never use the instruments in the presence of flammable or explosive substances. - The instrument may not be laid down on the patient. - Coagulation should only be performed if the contact surfaces are visible and ensure a good contact to the tissue selected for coagulation. Do not touch any other metallic instruments, trocar sleeves, optics or things like that during use. - Do not use in patients with pacers or other active implants without seeking the corresponding technical advice first. - Ensure correct application of the neutral electrode on the patient; otherwise, there is a danger of burns. Observe the use and safety instructions of the manufacturer of the high-frequency surgical device. Assembly Follow the pictogram PIC-859 disassembly of the instrument.

Special instructions for the hysterectomy loop electrode - Insert the instrument through the cannula with the loop pulled inside the shaft. - Thoroughly check correct placement of the loop around the uterus prior to activation of the electrical current; the entire tissue surrounded by the loop will be cut. - After correct placement, maintain tension of the loop to avoid uncontrolled slip of the loop. Maintain some safety distance to the ligature. - During electrosurgical cutting, pull the loop continuously inside the shaft. Cutting will start at the uninsulated part of the loop wire. - The loop wire is a replaceable, sterilisable product for single use that should be replaced following each procedure. Reprocessing Due to the product design, the raw materials used and the intended purpose it is not possible to determine a precise limit with regard to the maximum possible number of reprocessing cycles. The serviceable life of the instruments is determined by their function as well as by a careful handling. Instruments for electrosurgery are by nature subject to increased wear depending on the type and time of use. Preparation and transport Remove coarse dirt from the instruments immediately after each use. Do not use fixation agents or hot water (>40°C). Storage and transport of the instruments to the reprocessing location must be ensured in a sealed container. Machine reprocessing Cleaning Place the instruments in a basket on the insert module or on the inserts of the MIS module and start the cleaning process. 1. Prerinse for 1 min. with cold water 2. Discharging 3. Prerinse for 3 min. with cold water 4. Discharging 5. Wash for 5 min. at 55°C with a 0.5% alkaline or at 45°C with an enzymatic cleaning agent. 6. Discharging 7. Neutralise for 3 min. with warm tap water (>40°C) and a neutralising agent. 8. Discharging 9. Rinse for 2 min. with warm tap water (>40°C). 10. Discharging Disinfection Machine operated thermal disinfection has to be carried out in consideration of the national requirements with regard to the A0 value (see ISO 15883). Drying Dry the outside of the instruments by carrying out a drying cycle of the cleaning/disinfection machine. If necessary, manual drying may additionally be carried out using a lintfree cloth. Dry cavities by blowing with sterile compressed air. Manual reprocessing Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning 1. The instrument must be inserted in an ultrasonic bath with 0.5% enzymatic cleaning detergent. Ultrasound must be applied for 15 minutes at 40°C/104°F. 2. Remove the instrument and rinse completely with cold water to remove the cleaning detergent. Cleaning Prepare a cleaning bath according to the manufacturer's instructions. 1. Rinse products with cold tap water (<40°C) until all visible accumulations of dirt have been removed. Remove stuck dirt by using a soft brush. 2. Place products in the prepared cleaning bath so that they are completely submersed. Observe residence time according to the manufacturer's instructions. 3. Clean the instrument in the bath manually using a soft brush. Brush all surfaces several times. 4. Rinse the products thoroughly with DI water to remove the cleaning agents without residue. Disinfection Prepare a disinfectant bath according to the instructions of the disinfectant manufacturer. Place the instruments in the disinfectant bath and observe the specified residence time. Rinse the products thoroughly with fully demineralised water to remove the disinfectant without residue.
Drying Manual drying is carried out using a lintfree cloth and, in particular, for drying cavities and channels, sterile compressed air.

Functional test and packaging Perform visual inspection for cleanliness; if required, perform an assembly and functional test according to the operating instructions. If necessary, repeat the reprocessing process until the instrument is optically clean. Packaging has to comply with ISO 11607 and EN 868 standards for packaging for sterilised instruments. Sterilisation Sterilisation of the products with fractional pre-vacuum procedure (in accordance with ISO 13060 / ISO 17665) in consideration of the respective national requirements. - 3 pre-vacuum phases with a pressure of at least 60 mbar. - Heating up to a sterilisation temperature of min. 132°C and max. 137°C - Shortest exposure time: 3 min. - Drying time: at least 10 min. Storage Sterilised instruments have to be stored in a dry, clean and dust-free area at moderate temperatures from 5°C to 40°C. Repairs Never attempt to perform repairs yourself. Service and repair work may only be performed by persons qualified and trained accordingly. For any question on these matters, please contact either the manufacturer or your medico-technical department. Attention: Defect products must pass the complete reprocessing process before being returned for repair. Handling During transport, cleaning, care, sterilisation and storage, all surgical instruments should be handled with maximum care. Attention Veuillez lire attentivement les informations de ce dépliant. Une manipulation et un entretien inappropriés, ainsi qu'un usage détourné de la fonction peuvent entraîner une usure précoce ou des risques pour les patients et les utilisateurs. Destination Les électrodes monopolaires ont été développées pour une utilisation en chirurgie invasive minimale, notamment en laparoscopie. L'instrument est introduit à travers une douille de trocart de 5,5 mm. Les électrodes monopolaires et les électrodes à microaiguilles servent à la coagulation ou à la découpe monopolaire. La boucle monopolaire d'hystérectomie sert à retirer l'utérus ou à l'hystérectomie supracervicale. Il doit être raccordé, par un câble monopolaire approprié, à la sortie monopolaire d'un générateur H.F. Si cela est indiqué, un courant ciblé de coagulation ou découpe monopolaire peut être utilisé. La tension de sortie max. du générateur ne doit pas dépasser 2000 Vp Câble de raccordement adapté : Câble monopolaire Bissinger, REF 801 00x xx. Attention : Les instruments pour l'électrochirurgie ne doivent être utilisés que par des personnes qui ont la formation spéciale requise ou ont été instruites de manière adéquate. Contre-indications Les incidents suivants ont été constatés en rapport avec l’utilisation de systèmes électrochirurgie: Activation non voulue qui entraîne une lésion du tissu à la mauvaise partie du corps et/ou l’endommagement de l’équipement. Feu en relation avec des draps chirurgicaux et d’autres matières inflammables. Trajets de courant alternants qui entraînent des brûlures aux parties avec lesquelles le patient ou l’utilisateur touche des composants non isolés. Explosions causées par la formation d’étincelles à proximité de gaz inflammables. Perforation d’organes. Hémorragies sévères soudaines. Les pinces bipolaires se sont révélées inefficaces pour la stérilisation ou la coagulation des trompes en rapport avec la stérilisation féminine et, par conséquent, ne devraient pas être utilisées à cette fin. Consignes d'utilisation et de sécurité Le non-respect des consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité présentes peut entraîner des blessures, des dysfonctionnements ou d’autres incidents inattendus. - Avant la première utilisation et avant toute autre utilisation, nettoyer, désinfecter et stériliser complètement tous les instruments et vérifier leur fonctionnement. - Il est très important de contrôler tous les instruments chirurgicaux avant toute utilisation s'ils présentent de l'usure ou des endommagements visibles, comme p.ex. des fissures, ruptures ou défauts de l'isolation. En particulier, toutes les zones comme les lames, pointes, encoches, dispositifs de fermeture et de blocage, ainsi que tous les éléments de construction mobiles, les isolations et les éléments céramiques doivent être contrôlés soigneusement. - Ne jamais utiliser des instruments endommagés. - Ne pas utiliser l'instrument en présence de substances inflammables ou explosives. - Ne pas déposer l'instrument sur le patient. - Veiller à ce que, pendant la coagulation, les surfaces de contact soient toujours visibles et assurent un bon contact avec le tissu sélectionné pour la coagulation.
Eviter tout contact avec d'autres instruments métalliques, des douilles de trocart, des optiques ou d’autres choses de ce genre. - Ne pas appliquer sur des patients avec des pacemakers ou des implants actifs sans demander l'avis d'un spécialiste. - Veillez à l'application de l'électrode neutre sur le patient car sinon il existe un risque de brûlure. Respecter les consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité du constructeur de l’appareil chirurgical H.F. Montage Pour le montage ou démontage de l'instrument veuillez observer le pictogramme PIC-859. Consignes spéciales pour la boucle d'hystérectomie - L'instrument est introduit avec la boucle enfilée à travers la douille de trocart. - Contrôlez le bon placement de la boucle autour de l'utérus avant d'activer le courant ; l'ensemble du tissu est séparé dans la zone de la boucle. - Maintenez la boucle après le placement avec une légère précontrainte pour empêcher qu'elle ne glisse involontairement. La découpe monopolaire commence sur la pièce non isolée de la boucle. - La boucle est un produit amovible, stérilisable pour l'utilisation unique qui doit être remplacé après chaque application. Retraitement En ce qui concerne le nombre max. des cycles de retraitement effectuables, il se peut qu'une limite définie soit déterminée en fonction de la conception du produit, des matières utilisées et de l'application prévue. La durée de vie des instruments est déterminée par leur fonction ainsi que par leur manipulation soigneuse. Les instruments pour l'électrochirurgie sont normalement soumis à une usure élevée en fonction de la nature et durée de l'utilisation. Préparation et transport Eliminer les grosses impuretés des instruments tout de suite après l'utilisation. Ne pas utiliser des agents fixateurs ou de l'eau chaude (>40°C). Le stockage et le transport des instruments au lieu de retraitement doivent être effectués dans des récipients fermés. Retraitement en machine Nettoyage Mettre les instruments dans un tamis sur le module insérable ou sur les inserts du module CMI et démarrer le processus de nettoyage. 1. Prérincer à l'eau froide pendant 1 min. 2. Vidage 3. Prérincer à l'eau froide pendant 3 min. 4. Vidage 5. Laver pendant 5 min. à 55°C avec un produit de nettoyage alcalin (0,5%) ou à 45°C avec un produit de nettoyage enzymatique. 6. Vidage 7. Vidage Désinfection La désinfection thermique en machine doit être effectuée en tenant compte des exigences nationales concernant la valeur A0 (voir ISO 15883). Séchage Sécher l'extérieur des instruments au moyen du cycle de séchage de l'appareil de nettoyage/désinfection. Si nécessaire, un séchage manuel peut être effectué en plus, en utilisant un torchon sans peluches. Sécher les cavités en appliquant de l'air comprimé stérile. Retraitement manuel Traitement préliminaire dans bain à ultrasons 1. Les instruments sont placés dans un bain à ultrasons avec un produit nettoyant enzymatique 0,5 % et baignés d'ultra-sons pendant 15 min. à 40°C. 2. Retirer les instruments et les rincer à l'eau froide pour retirer le produit nettoyant. Nettoyage Préparer un bain de nettoyage selon les indications du fabricant. 1. Rincer les produits à l'eau de conduite froide (<40°C) jusqu'à ce que toutes les impuretés visibles soient éliminées. Eliminer les impuretés adhérentes à l'aide d'une brosse souple.

Mettre les produits dans le bain de nettoyage préparé de manière à ce qu'ils soient complètement immergés. Respecter le temps de résidence indiqué dans les instructions du fabricant. Nettoyer manuellement l'instrument dans le bain à l'aide d'une brosse souple. Brosser plusieurs fois toutes les surfaces. Destinazione Gli elettrodi monopolari sono stati pensati per essere usati in procedure chirurgiche mini invasive e specialmente in procedure chirurgiche laparoscopiche. Il dispositivo viene fatto passare attraverso una cannula di trocar da 5,5 mm. Gli elettrodi monopolari micro-needle sono stati pensati per essere utilizzati per la coagulazione e il taglio monopolare. L’elettrodo monopolare per isterectomia “Loop” viene utilizzato per la rimozione dell’utero negli interventi di isterectomia sopracervicale. Lo strumento viene collegato attraverso il cavo monopolare adeguato all'uscita monopolare di un generatore ad alta frequenza. Come indicato la coagulazione e il taglio monopolare potranno essere applicate selettivamente al tessuto. Il voltaggio massimo in uscita dal generatore non deve superare i 2000VP. Le pinze bipolari risultano inefficaci per la sterilizzazione tubarica o la coagulazione tubarica in relazione con la sterilizzazione femminile e, per questo, non dovrebbero essere utilizzate per questo scopo. Avvertenze per l'uso e la sicurezza L’inosservanza delle avvertenze presenti per l’uso e la sicurezza può portare a lesioni, difetti di funzionamento ed altri incidenti inaspettati. - Prima del primo utilizzo e prima di ogni uso successivo, pulire, disinfettare e sterilizzare completamente tutti gli strumenti e verificare il loro funzionamento. - È molto importante controllare, prima di ogni uso degli strumenti chirurgici, la presenza eventuale di danneggiamenti e usure visibili, come ad es. fessure,

Non venir a contatto con altri strumenti metallici, manicotti del trequarti, ottiche o simili. - Non utilizzare in caso di pazienti con pacemaker o altri impianti attivi senza richiedere un'adeguata consulenza specialistica. - Prestare attenzione alla corretta applicazione dell'elettrodo neutro nel paziente perché altrimenti potrebbe sussistere il pericolo di ustioni. Rispettare le avvertenze per l’uso e la sicurezza del costruttore dell’apparecchio chirurgico ad alta frequenza. Montaggio Seguire l'illustrazione PIC-859 per il montaggio o lo smontaggio dello strumento. Istruzioni speciali per il Loop per l’isterectomia - Inserire lo strumento attraverso la cannula del trocar facendo rientrare il Loop all’interno della cannula dello strumento. - Controllare il corretto posizionamento del Loop attorno all’utero prima dell’attivazione della corrente elettrochirurgica. Tutti i tessuti circondati dal Loop verranno tagliati. - Dopo averlo posizionato correttamente tenere il Loop in tensione per evitare spostamenti involontari. Mantenere una distanza di sicurezza dalla legatura. - Durante il taglio elettrochirurgico, tirare il Loop all’interno della cannula dello strumento costantemente. Il taglio comincerà dalla parte non isolata del Loop. - Il Loop è un prodotto sostituibile, sterilizzabile e monouso che deve essere sostituito dopo ogni procedura chirurgica. Ripreparazione Il design del prodotto, i materiali usati e l’impiego previsto non permettono di determinare un limite preciso per quanto riguarda il numero massimo di cicli di ripreparazione da effettuare. La durata di vita degli strumenti è determinata dalla loro funzione come anche da un’utilizzazione con riguardo. Gli strumenti per l’elettrochirurgia sono di natura sottoposti ad un’usura elevata che dipende dalla natura e dalla durata dell’utilizzazione. Preparazione e trasporto Eliminare le impurità grosse dagli strumenti immediatamente dopo l'uso. Non utilizzare fissatori o acqua calda (>40°C). L'immagazzinamento ed il trasporto degli strumenti al luogo di ripreparazione devono avvenire in un contenitore chiuso. Ripreparazione a macchina Pulizia Mettere gli strumenti in un crivello sul modulo da inserire oppure sugli inserti del modulo CMI, e avviare il processo di pulizia. 1. Presciacquare con acqua fredda per 1 min. 2. Svuotamento 3. Presciacquare con acqua fredda per 3 min. 4. Svuotamento 5. Lavare per 5 min. alla temperatura di 55°C con un detergente alcalino (0,5%) o alla temperatura di 45°C con un detergente enzimatico. 6. Svuotamento 7. Neutralizzare per 3 min. con acqua di rubinetto calda (>40°C) e un agente di neutralizzazione. 8. Svuotamento 9. Sciacquare per 2 min. con acqua di rubinetto calda (>40°C) 10. Svuotamento Disinfezione La disinfezione termica a macchina deve essere eseguita tenendo conto delle esigenze nazionali per quanto riguarda il valore A0 (vedi ISO 15883). Asciugatura Asciugare l'esterno degli strumenti per mezzo del ciclo di asciugatura dell'apparecchio di pulizia/disinfezione. Se richiesto, un'asciugatura manuale addizionale può avvenire con un panno non filaccioso. Asciugare le cavità per mezzo di aria compressa sterile.
Ripreparazione manuale Trattamento preventivo con bagno agli ultrasuoni 1. Gli strumenti si dispongono un bagno agli ultrasuoni con un detergente enzimatico allo 0,5% e sottopongono al trattamento con ultrasuoni per 15 minuti a 40°C. 2. Rimuovere gli strumenti e risciacquarli con acqua fredda per rimuovere il detergente. Pulizia Preparare un bagno di pulizia secondo le indicazioni del fabbricante. 1. Sciacquare i prodotti con acqua di rubinetto fredda (<40°C), finché tutte le impurità visibili siano eliminate. Eliminare le impurità aderenti con una spazzola molle. 2. Inserire i prodotti nel bagno di pulizia preparato in modo che siano completamente immersi. Rispettare il tempo di permanenza secondo le indicazioni del fabbricante. 3. Pulire manualmente lo strumento inserito nel bagno per mezzo di una spazzola molle. Spazzolare parecchie volte tutte le superfici. 4. Sciacquare accuratamente i prodotti con acqua di rubinetto corrente per eliminare il detergente senza alcun residuo.

Las pinzas bipolares han resultado no ser muy efectivas en la esterilización tubárica o bien en la coagulación tubárica en relación con la esterilización femenina y por tanto no deberían ser usadas para ese fin. Instrucciones de uso y seguridad La inobservancia de estas instrucciones de uso y seguridad puede conducir a lesiones, a un funcionamiento defectuoso o a otros incidentes inesperados. Todos los instrumentos deben ser completamente limpiados, desinfectados, esterilizados verificando su capacidad funcional antes de usarlos por primera vez y antes de cada nuevo uso. Es muy importante examinar cada instrumento quirúrgico antes de cada uso para detectar daños visibles y el desgaste, p. ej. fisuras, roturas o defectos en el aislamiento. Ante todo se deben comprobar cuidadosamente todas las partes como filos, puntas, cierres, bloqueos y fijadores así como los elementos móviles, los aislamientos y los elementos cerámicos. Electrodos monopolares CMI
Aviso Lea con detenimiento la información recogida en este folleto. Un uso y cuidado inadecuados así como el uso para fines ajenos al uso previsto pueden causar un desgaste prematuro de los instrumentos quirúrgicos. Destinación Los electrodos monopolares fueron diseñados para ser utilizados en procedimientos quirúrgicos mínimamente invasivos, especialmente en procedimientos quirúrgicos laparoscópicos. El dispositivo se pasa a través de una cánula laparoscópica de 5,5 mm. Los electrodos monopolares de micro-aguja fueron diseñados para ser utilizados para el corte y coagulación monopolares. El electrodo monopolar para la histerectomía con bucle se utiliza para la extirpación del útero en la histerectomía supracervical. El instrumento tiene que ser conectado por un cable monopolar adecuado a la salida monopolar de un generador electroquirúrgico. Como se indica, la coagulación y el corte monopolar se pueden aplicar selectivamente al tejido. La salida de tensión máxima del generador no debe exceder los 2000 Vp. Cables de conexión apropiados: Cable monopolarde Bissinger, REF 801 00xxx. Contraindicaciones Incidentes que han sido comunicados en relación con el uso de sistemas electroquirúrgicos:
Intrucciones especiales para el electrodo de histeroctomía con bucle Insertar el instrumento en la canula tirando del bucle hacia atrás en la guía. Compruebe la colocación correcta del bucle alrededor del útero antes de activar la corriente. Se corta todo el tejido alrededor del bucle. Después de la colocación correcta, mantener la tensión del bucle para evitar el deslizamiento incontrolado del mismo. Mantener una distancia de seguridad con la ligadura. Durante el corte electroquirúrgico, tire del bucle continuamente dentro de la guía. El corte se iniciará en la parte no aislada del bucle. El bucle es un producto extraíble, esterilizable para un solo uso, que debe renovarse después de cada aplicación. Reprocesamiento Debido al diseño del producto, a los materiales usados y al uso previsto no se puede determinar un limite preciso con respecto al número máximo posible de ciclos de reprocesamiento. La vida útil de los instrumentos es determinado por su función y el manejo prudente. Los instrumentos destinados a la electrocirugía están sujetos a un desgaste superior en función del tipo y de la duración de la aplicación. Preparación y transporte Inmediatamente después de la aplicación, eliminar las impurezas groseras de los instrumentos. No utilizar agentes fijadores o agua caliente (>40 °C). Alojar y transportar los instrumentos en un recipiente cerrado al lugar de preparación.
Reprocesamiento mecánico Limpieza Colocar los instrumentos en una bandeja perforada en el carro móvil o bien en los complementos del carro CMI e iniciar el proceso de limpieza. 1. Prelavar 1 min. con agua fría 2. Vaciar 3. Prelavar 3 min. con agua fría 4. Vaciar 5. Lavar 5 min. a 55 °C con detergente alcalino del 0,5 % o a 45 °C con detergente enzimático 6. Vaciar 7. Neutralizar 3 min. con agua caliente del grifo (>40 °C) y neutralizador 8. Vaciar 9. Enjuagar 2 min. con agua caliente del grifo (>40 °C) 10. Vaciar Desinfección Realizar la desinfección térmica mecánica teniendo en cuenta los requisitos nacionales relativos al valor A0 (ver ISO 15883). Secado Secado de la cara exterior de los instrumentos aplicando el ciclo de secado del equipo de limpieza y desinfección. Si fuera necesario, se podrá realizar adicionalmente un secado manual con ayuda de un paño libre de pelusas. Secar las cavidades con aire comprimido esterilizado. Reprocesamiento manual Pre-tratamiento en un baño ultrasónico 1. Los instrumentos son colocados en un baño ultrasónico con el limpiador enzimático al 0,5% y sometidos a ultrasonidos durante 15min. a 40°C. 2. Retire los instrumentos y enjuague con agua fría para eliminar el limpiador. Limpieza Prepare el baño de limpieza siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante. 3. Enjuagar los productos bajo agua corriente fría (<40 °C) hasta eliminar todas las impurezas visibles. Eliminar la suciedad tenaz con un cepillo de cerdas suaves. 4. Sumergir los productos por completo en el baño de limpieza preparado. Observar el tiempo de actuación indicado por el fabricante. 5. Limpiar manualmente el instrumento sumergido con un cepillo de cerdas suaves. Cepillar todas las superficies repetidas veces. 6. Aclarar bien los productos con agua corriente para eliminar completamente el detergente.

Desinfección Prepare un baño desinfectante siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante del desinfectante. Sumerja los instrumentos en el baño desinfectante y observe el tiempo de actuación prescrito. Aclare bien los productos con agua desmineralizada para eliminar completamente el desinfectante.

Secado El secado manual se realiza con un paño libre de pelusas y, en especial para el secado de cavidades y canales, con aire comprimido esterilizado.

Prueba funcional y envase Examen visual del estado de limpieza; en su caso, proceder al montaje y realizar una prueba de funcionamiento siguiendo el manual de instrucciones. Si fuera necesario, repetir el proceso de reprocesamiento hasta que el instrumento quede aparentemente limpio.
