Ordering spare parts. Use the list of spare parts in this manual to identify the part numbers you require. Find the product number and serial number on the product identification label (A) (see figure 1 page -1). Figure 1. Product Identification Label Location

Do not remove the identification label from the bed. The information on the label is essential in order to identify the bed and guarantee that maintenance operations can be performed in safety. Disregarding this caution may compromise the safety of the patient or users.

Call the after-sales service of your national Hill-Rom representative (refer to the last page of this manual). To help expedite the processing of your spare parts order, please have the following elements ready when you call: • Customer account number • Purchase order number (if available) • Product code • Serial number of the bed • Part reference number(s) For your convenience, a fax number is available for ordering spare parts, requesting prices or chasing up an order. Please address all orders to your national Hill-Rom representative to the attention of the spare parts department (refer to the last page of this manual). Above a certain amount, the shipment charges are included in the price of the parts. Contact your Hill-Rom country representative for details of this amount.
