Background The Service Portal has been upgraded to version 1.2. (Link: https://service.qcore.com/ ) What’s new
New tab- My Profile- presents the user details, including account expiration date and an option to change the password
New tab- My Notifications- displays all notifications sent from Q Core, regarding work instructions, new releases etc.
New tab- Document Library- a library of the service work instructions. Please notice that the work instructions will no longer be available on the FTP site. Pump software and PC software tools will still be available on the FTP site.
New tab- Maintenance – displays the log of maintenance activities performed on the pump - software updates, battery replacements and Annual Certification tests.
There is an option to download or print the Annual Certification directly from this tab.
Update in the Battery Replacement section- it is not required to fill in the “Initialization Date” field. The Customer Battery Replacement Form has been obsoleted. Please report on battery replacement via the portal only.
New tab- Registration – this tab is available to authorized trainers only. This tab allows submitting training records to Q Core and signing new users to the portal. The trainee will receive an email with his username and temporary password to the portal. Q Core will grant the user access to the FTP site and ACK software. Please pay attention that the previous manual form- Request Form for Access to Q Core Medical's FTP Site- is not required anymore. All training forms should be submitted using the Service Portal only.
