Foot Compression • If foot compression is to be used, controller will detect foot cuff(s) and then ask user to confirm their selection with a green question mark:

• To confirm, press the A and/or B button corresponding with the foot cuff(s) • Once this step is complete, foot compression will begin

• Eighteen (18) alarms in total, categorized three ways:

User Resettable

• Allows user to address alarm and resume operation by pressing A or B button • Eliminates need for power off and on before resuming therapy • EXAMPLE: Tubing Disconnect

Manual Reset Required

• User can address alarm, but must then power unit off and on before resuming therapy • EXAMPLE: Vent Alarm

Pack design from 4-cell to 3-cell (space constraint, cost reduction)

Battery provides up to 8 hours of operation (testing: 7.5 – 10+ hours)

Battery management microcontroller upgraded to more reliable system • Offers improved capacity measurement and “calibration” operation • Not subject to long-term storage issues • Battery parameters retained when battery completely discharged
