Save and e-mail log files

Save Log files to a USB memory stick and email Log Files 1

Insert the USB memory stick to the USB connector.

In Standby mode, enter Service & Settings.

Select User category Clinician.

In the Logs menu, press the Save to USB memory button.

When completed, press the OK button.

All log files has now been saved in a dated support log folder on the USB memory.

Email Log Files 1. Insert the USB memory stick to a computer and open the MCC HSC Support Logs folder on the USB memory. 2. In the Logs and DataMCC HSC Support Logs folder, select the folder with the correct date. The folder name structure is: S/N_Date_Time. 3. Compress this folder (e.g. to a zip or rar archive). 4. Create a support case in MSupport and attach the log files (compressed archive).
