2 replacement Servo Oxygen Sensors (6600-1278-600) 1 Kit instructions (this document)
Instructions Check your Servo O2 board revision (see picture for revision level location on the board). To access the Servo O2 board follow the instructions in the Service Manual under the Repair Procedures section “Servo Oxygen Board Repairs”.

Instructions for Field Use Check your Servo O2 software revision by powering up the unit. After the Giraffe logo appears, the screen indicates the current Servo software revision level installed. Alternatively, you may find the revision level on the U6 EPROM on the Servo Oxygen board, refer to picture above. Follow actions described in table below: Servo O2 Board p/n 6600-1043-700 (in kit 6600-0233-850) Revision 8 or lower 9 or higher
GSOCS Software EPROM p/n 6600-0841-600 Revision 1.40 & lower 1.60 & higher

Servo O2 Board and Software Revision Combination Required Action(s) Replace only the O2 sensors. Replace only the O2 sensors. Order Software Chip : 6600-0255-850 Replace O2 sensors AND Software Chip (6600-0255-850)
IMPORTANT: Failure to follow the required actions in the table above may cause the unit to operate improperly. If your configuration is not listed in the table above, call Technical Support. IMPORTANT: Only install the oxygen sensors supplied with this kit or oxygen sensors that have a discard date of 2012-12 or later. Install sensors per the product Service Manual. RECOMMENDATION: To avoid frequent calibration prompts, it is recommended to match the Servo O2 software revision 1.60 or higher with display board software revision 2.03 or higher. (The display software revision is displayed when the unit is turned on. Display software revision 2.03 or higher may be obtained by ordering EPROM Kit part number 6600-0234-850 and installed using the instruction provided in the product Service Manual.)
