Quick Guide ATMOS® C 341 Battery This Quick Guide does not replace the operating instructions.
For your safety • Recharge the battery at the latest after 3 months, even if you do not use the device.
• The device may only be used by persons who were medically trained, and were trained in the medical suction.
• Perform a function check after each use. Perform a function check every 4 weeks in case you do not use the device for a longer period.
• Do not operate the device without a bacterial filter.

Display of the battery status • The following display values are not valid during battery charging. • The battery status must be supervised visually. • If only the red LED lights up, although the battery has been loaded for a longer period, the battery is defective.

1. Press the on/off button.
2. Turn the vacuum controller for adjusting the required vacuum.
3. Press the on/off button for at least 1 second.
»» The pump starts. »» The LED above the on/off button is illuminated as long as the device is switched on.
»» The vacuum display shows the current suction performance.

5. Close the front opening of the fingertip with your thumb. 6. Select the vacuum -0.5 bar. 7. Please check whether the device reaches the vacuum after approx. 20 seconds: The pump switches off and the vacuum display shows -0.5 bar. 8. In case the device does not reach the vacuum within 20 seconds: Check the device on potential sources of error.
