There 2 ways to confirm the radio type: • First, inspect if your 3880 Monitor, 3885B Base Station and 3885T Tablet units have the presence of the “Scan for Training” label applied (see pictures below). If labels are present on Monitor, Base and Tablet units, no radio upgrade required. • Second, turn Rotary switch to MONITOR ON. Press SETTINGS key on the keypad. On the display, touch Service Mode, Enter Password: 1025, ENTER, and Device Information. Verify Software version: 0.19.2 or higher. Verify Radio Type: IRM
