FiO2 more than 10% by vol. too high.
801
FiO2 more than 10% by vol. too low. Error Detection:The monitoring PCB detects an O2 concentration which - with respect to the potentiometer value - is greater than or equal to 10% by vol. (801) too low. Cause of error: -
O2 or AIR valve in the valve bank closed although actuated
-
O2 or AIR valve in the valve bank opened although not actuated
-
leakage on O2 or AIR end in valve bank, see IDM (Service Bulletin) no. 12
-
O2 measurement can be ruled out as cause of error if it can be calibrated during operation
Troubleshooting: - Check leakage with device switched off at inspiration socket or, better still, directly at outlet of valve bank: Flow less than or equal to 5 mL/min. - Check valve bank as per test certificate in DrägerService-Mode. Remedy:The different individual metering valves and their sealing rings can be replaced.

802
Description, cause and remedy FiO2 measurement deviation. Error Detection: FiO2 measurement values between master (CPU PCB and I/O PCB) and Monitoring PCB (> 5% average value) is found. Cause of error: -
O2 sensor is not linear or drifted
-
Sensor amplifier on O2 Amplifier PCB is not linear
-
A/D conversion on I/O PCB or on the Monitoring PCB is not linear
Remedy: 1) Replace O2 sensor. 2) If 1) not successful: replace O2 Amplifier PCB. 3) If 1) and 2) not successful: replace I/O PCB or Monitoring PCB. Note: If the error is on one of these PCBs, all A/D converter values of the PCB concerned would in all probability be faulty.
