Spacelabs Medical Parts List Quick Reference for Spacelabs Medical Repair Parts April 29, 2005 Important Information About Using This Spacelabs Medical Repair Parts List: 1. This is the Monitoring Technical Support Department’s “most requested parts” list for Spacelabs Medical equipment. Note: This list is intended as a quick reference to complement the parts information in Spacelabs Service Manuals. It is NOT a complete list of all parts available for all supported equipment! If you need help identifying a part for any Spacelabs product and you can’t find it in your service literature or on this list, call Monitoring Technical Support at (800) 522-7025 or (425) 657-7200. 2. This list is not intended as a substitute for any other source of parts information, especially the appropriate Service Manual or Technical Manual for the equipment being repaired. Monitoring Technical Support can provide information for any repair part you require. Remember to verify information, and be alert for parts compatibility issues. 3. The part numbers on this list are typically the latest part number for that part. If the part you are replacing has an earlier “dash number” than the one on the list, order the matching part number. For example, if you have a part that is labeled 670-1234-08, but the list says 670-1234-11, order a 670-1234-08. This will guarantee compatibility. In some cases the newer number may have replaced the old; if so, the Service Parts Department will let you know when ordering. 4. The leftmost column of the list (the REM (Remarks) column) is marked in some places with “OBS”. This indicates the part status is “obsolete” because the product has been out of production for more than seven (7) years. Spacelabs Medical must limit support for discontinued products due to a lack of readily available spare parts. The part MAY still be available; however, as is the recommendation in our industry, our policy has been to guarantee support coverage of our patient monitoring products for a period of seven (7) years following the last date of manufacture of a particular product. Beyond the seven year point, we move to a “best effort basis” for support, subject to the availability of respective spare parts. Therefore, it is possible that individual parts tagged as “OBS” may become unavailable for sale at any time. Parts marked as “Disc” are no longer available, and are listed for reference only. 5. This list will be updated regularly. Every effort has been made to ensure that the part numbers listed are current and available. However, part numbers and availability are subject to change. Spacelabs reserves the right to modify the Quick Reference at any time. Parts are offered subject to availability and shall be sold under the then current Spacelabs terms of sale at the prices established from time to time by the Company.
