Place sling around patient. Place leg straps on the inside of thighs.
Positioning handle facing away from patient. Spreader bar at shoulder level.

Attach shoulder strap clips correctly to spreader bar.

Use handset control to lift and adjust the patient.
Move lift away from chair. Transfer the patient.

Press down positioning handle and correctly attach leg strap clips to spreader bar.
Attach leg clips straight (A). Note! Patient prone to kicking, attach leg clips crossed (B).

Check clearance for chassi legs under bed.
Place sling under patient.
Sling head support area under patient’s neck.
Approach bed with open side of spreader bar towards patient’s head. Adjust chassis leg width if necessary.

Position spreader bar above and centred over patient.
Use positioning handle to tilt spreader bar. Attach shoulder strap clips correctly to spreader bar.
Press down positioning handle and correctly attach leg strap clips under thighs to spreader bar.
Lift and transfer the patient
