Corporate Headquarters 4341 State Street Road Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153-0220 USA March 1, 2010 Dear Welch Allyn Domestic and International Sales and Distribution, Re: As a result of the extremely successful launch of the New Welch Allyn Green Series™ Medical Exam Lights effective June 1, 2010 we will no longer offer the following : Exam Light III, LS135, LS150, LS200 all model/catalog numbers are listed in the obsolescence table on page two. This message is to provide formal notification that effective June 1, 2010 Welch Allyn, Inc. will no longer offer the sale of our halogen exam lights model/catalog numbers listed on page two of this notification. Welch Allyn will continue to provide technical support and service for a period of 5 years or until parts are no longer available from our suppliers. Attached is a detailed listing of the part numbers being discontinued and where appropriate the direct replacement product for your reference. Effective June 1, 2010 the following product will no longer be available for sale. Please note the replacement product is identified in the table on page two of this document. We recommend that customers who are currently interested in the halogen exam lights be transitioned to the Green Series™ Medical Exam Lights. The Green Series™ Medical Exam Lights provide a significantly improved product offering.
