Trocar with cannula is inserted through the soft tissue
Trocar is removed (by counterclockwise rotation)
Trocar is inserted through the cannula until it clicks into place and fixed by light pressure and subsequent clockwise rotation

Cannula is inserted into 50-501-15-07 Cannula with one pin

Cheek retractor is placed over the cannula and fixed at the desired angle (gear design allows individual angle adjustment)
Set screw osteosynthesis Appropriate drill sleeve (color according to screw diameter) is inserted until it clicks into place and then fixed by clockwise rotation
Optionally for plate osteosynthesis Plate is fixed on plate adapter (by pressing on)
Plate and plate adapter are mounted on the cannula from the intraoral side

Predrill the screw hole through the drill sleeve using a suitable drill bit (recommended drill length: 70 mm)
Drill sleeve is removed (by counterclockwise rotation)
Screw is inserted through the cannula using a screwdriver
