INSTRUCTIONS (CAUTION LEAFLET) HD CAMERA HEAD CH-S200-08-LB 1 Compatible Reprocessing Methods and Chemical Agents The camera head is compatible with several methods of reprocessing. However, not all reprocessing methods are compatible with all camera heads. Reprocessing with incompatible methods can cause equipment damage and/or the equipment may not be sterilized. For appropriate reprocessing methods, see Table 1. WARNING • An insufficiently reprocessed camera head device and accessory may pose an infection control risk to the patients and/or operators who contact them. • All disinfection methods (whether performed manually or by a WD), and all sterilization methods (whether performed by ethylene oxide gas, low temperature gas, steam, STERRAD® or V-RPO®) require thorough cleaning of the instruments before. If the instruments are not adequately cleaned prior to disinfection/sterilization, these processes will be ineffective. Immediately after each patient procedure and before disinfection/sterilization, thoroughly clean the camera head and its accessories.

CAUTION Do not sterilize the camera head with steam. Do not reprocess the camera head in an AER. Otherwise, the camera head will be damaged.
